We built Neon Vortex because we believe the best arcade games are simple, free, and accessible to everyone — no strings attached.
Neon Vortex is a product of Imaginitiate Ventures Private Limited, a company registered in New Delhi, India (CIN: U74999DL2017PTC310324), founded and directed by Vikas Gupta. We built Neon Vortex with a clear goal: create an original arcade game that anyone can play instantly in their browser, on any device, without paying anything or creating an account.
We designed the orbital dodge mechanic from scratch — a glowing energy orb circling a cosmic vortex, reversing direction to slip through gaps in incoming barriers. The concept is simple enough for anyone to understand in seconds, but the escalating speed creates a challenge that keeps you coming back.
The entire game is built with HTML5 Canvas and vanilla JavaScript. There are no third-party plugins, no external game engines, and no frameworks. Every line of code, every visual effect, and every animation is original and handcrafted for the best possible experience.
Vikas Gupta is the Founder and Director of Imaginitiate Ventures Private Limited, the company behind Neon Vortex. Based in New Delhi, India, Vikas has been building digital products and online experiences since 2017, when he officially registered Imaginitiate Ventures as a private limited company.
The idea for Neon Vortex came from a simple personal frustration — most casual games on the internet were either filled with intrusive ads, required app downloads, or hid the best parts behind paywalls. Vikas wanted to build something different: a game that was genuinely free, worked instantly in any browser, and felt premium from the first second.
As someone who grew up playing classic arcade games in local gaming parlours across Delhi, Vikas has always believed that the best games are the ones with simple rules but deep challenges. That philosophy is at the heart of Neon Vortex — one tap, one mechanic, infinite replayability.
Rather than building a large catalog of average games, Vikas chose to focus all his effort on a single, original game and make it as polished and engaging as possible. Every visual effect, every animation, and every piece of code in Neon Vortex was crafted with care under his direction.
Vikas built Neon Vortex with a core belief: players deserve better than what most free gaming platforms offer today. Too many websites use games as bait — luring users in with the promise of fun, only to bombard them with pop-ups, force account sign-ups, or push paid upgrades.
Neon Vortex takes the opposite approach. There are no hidden catches, no accounts to create, no data to hand over, and nothing to pay for. The game loads in your browser, you tap to play, and that is it. The entire experience is designed to respect the player's time and attention.
The long-term vision for Imaginitiate Ventures is to build a trusted brand in the browser-based entertainment space — starting with one excellent game and growing from there. Vikas believes that if the product is genuinely good and the experience is genuinely honest, the audience will follow naturally.
We believe that fun should not be locked behind paywalls, app store downloads, or mandatory accounts. Neon Vortex is built on three principles:
Our platform is designed purely for entertainment. We do not engage in real-money gaming, gambling, wagering, or any form of monetary transaction. This is a free arcade game — nothing more, nothing less.
Our website clearly explains who we are, what we offer, how we handle data, and how to contact us. No hidden agendas, no fine print tricks.
We focus on building one game and making it excellent rather than filling a platform with low-quality content. Every visual effect, animation, and mechanic is polished.
We collect minimal data, use no intrusive tracking, and never sell or share personal information. Your gameplay stays between you and your browser.
